Warranty / Returns

Beaktime has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product.

Unsatisfactory Product Return

If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with simply return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchased product. Shipping charges are not refunded. If product has been used and is not in the same condition as was sold (original, manufacturer packaging with all accessories) then there will be no refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect item. If shipping is refunded, the least expensive shipping option will be the amount refunded. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the return. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged contact USPS and have an inspection made. Do not throw away the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to inspect it. Then you may return the product and we will either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.

Return Shipping Directions

Step1: email support@beaktime.com within 30 days of your order, so we can assign you a RMA number.

Step2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your order confirmation

Step 3: Ship Package through carrier of you choice ( We recommend getting a tracking number)
